Overview
The inContact WFMv2 Glossary provides definitions for terms used within the Portal.
This topic explains how to add terms to the Glossary. The Glossary is only available in Portal.
- Click WFOWFMv2 PortalManage Glossary Terms.
- Type the term you want to add in the Name field.
- Type the explanation for the term in the Definition field.
- Click the green checkmark to save the complete entry or, if you decide to create the definition later, click the red X to save only the term.
