Delete ACD Profiles

ACD Profiles define the characteristics of your organization's individual ACD(s).

This topic explains how to delete ACD Profiles in inContact WFMv2.

For more information, see ACD Settings Overview.

If an ACD Profile is deleted, all data associated with that ACD Profile is deleted from inContact WFMv2. This can have unexpected and adverse effects on your system. Consult with Support before deleting any ACD Profile.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers ACDs.
  2. Click the Delete icon for the ACD you want to delete.
  3. Click OK.
