Delete Terms from the Portal Glossary

The inContact WFMv2 Glossary provides definitions for terms used within the Portal.

This topic explains how to delete terms from the Glossary. The Glossary is only available in Portal.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalManage Glossary Terms.
  2. If the term you want to delete is visible, skip to step 4. Otherwise, type a value in the Filter field.
  3. Select a parameter from the Filter drop-down list: Begins With, Contains, Ends With, or Exact Match.
  4. Click the Delete icon for the term.
