Edit Terms in the Portal Glossary

The inContact WFMv2 Glossary provides definitions for terms used within the Portal.

This topic explains how to edit terms in the Glossary. The Glossary is only available in Portal.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalManage Glossary Terms.
  2. If the term you want to edit is visible, skip to step 4. Otherwise, type a value in the Filter field.
  3. Select a parameter from the Filter drop-down list: Begins With, Contains, Ends With, or Exact Match.
  4. Click the Edit icon for the term.
  5. Revise the Term field, the Definition field, or both. The other fields are not editable.
  6. Click the green checkmark to save your changes or, if you decide not to make changes, click the red X.
