Add Special Event Profiles

Special Event Profiles can be used to adjust how inContact WFMv2 handles call volume and average service time for the special events in your system.

This topic explains how to add Special Event Profiles in inContact WFMv2.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalForecasterSpecial Event Profiles.
  2. In the Add New Special Event Profile section, type a value in the Name field. This field is required.
  3. Type a value in the Description field. This field is required.
  4. For Base on, select from the drop-down list of existing Special Event Profiles. You can also choose to use (Default Settings).
  5. Click Add Profile.

Additional Special Event Profile settings can be defined on the Edit Special Event Profile page, which opens automatically when you complete this task (see Edit Special Event Profiles).
