Add Service Profiles

Service Profiles are sets of configuration options for generating agent requirements as part of the inContact WFMv2 Planning process.

This topic explains how to add Service Profiles in inContact WFMv2.

For more information, see Service Profiles Overview.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalPlannerService Profiles.
  2. In the Add New Profile section, type a value in the Name field. This field is required.
  3. For Based on, select a value from the drop-down list of previously-created Service Profiles. The default value is (Default).
  4. Click Add New Profile.

Additional Service Profile settings can be defined on the Edit Service Profiles page, which opens automatically when you complete this task (see Edit Service Profiles).
