Overview
Forecasts are predictions of future call volume based on historical volumes. inContact WFMv2 offers a number of algorithms you can use to produce forecasts. You can cancel or abort a forecast run before it completes. Forecasts with a status of Queued can be cancelled. Forecasts with a status of Running can be aborted.
This topic explains how to abort or cancel a forecast run.
- Click WFOWFMv2 PortalForecasterManage Forecast Runs.
- Click Cancel or Abort for the forecast run you want stop. If the forecast was Running, this action terminates the run and discards all information generated for the run up to that point.
