Add Allocation Profiles

Allocation Profiles are sets of configuration options that define the distribution of workload across an environment. They are used when viewing agent requirements during the inContact WFMv2 Planning process.

This topic explains how to add Allocation Profiles in inContact WFMv2.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalPlannerAllocation Profiles.
  2. In the Add New Allocation Profile section, type a value in the Name field. This field is required.
  3. For Environment, select a value from the drop-down list of available Environments.
  4. Click Add Profile.

Additional Allocation Profile settings can be defined on the Edit Allocation Profiles page, which opens automatically when you complete this task (see Edit Allocation Profiles).
