Add Outbound Profiles

Outbound Profiles are sets of configuration options that can be used to generate outbound forecasts. These profiles can be used to approximate outbound call volumes or to generate new stream data.

This topic explains how to add Outbound Profiles.

For more information, see Outbound Profiles Overview.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalForecasterOutbound Profiles.
  2. In the Add New Outbound Profile section, type a value in the Name field. This field is required.
  3. Type a value in the Description field. This field is required.
  4. For Base on, select from the drop-down list of existing Outbound Profiles. You can also choose to use (Default Settings).
  5. Click Add Profile.

Additional Outbound Profile settings can be defined on the Edit Outbound Profiles page, which opens automatically when you complete this task (see Edit Outbound Profiles).
