Delete ACD Queues

Required Permission — WFM Permissions>Contact Center>ACDs>Edit

ACD Queues can be mapped to inContact WFMv2 Streams, allowing that data to be viewed and managed as Stream data.

This topic explains how to delete ACD Queues in inContact WFMv2.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers ACDs.
  2. Click the Edit icon for the ACD from which you want to delete a queue.
  3. Click Advanced to display the ACD Queues section.
  4. Click the Delete icon for the ACD Queue you want to delete.
  5. Click OK.
