Delete Contacts in the Portal

Required Permission — WFM Permissions>Home Page>Contacts>Edit

The inContact WFMv2 Portal home page provides users with quick access to information that administrators have made available.

This topic explains how to delete contacts. While this task is performed on the Portal home page, deleting announcements removes them from the Workstation home page.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalWFMv2 Portal Home.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the contact you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
