Delete Announcements in the Portal

The inContact WFMv2 Portal home page provides users with quick access to information that administrators have made available.

This topic explains how to delete announcements in inContact WFMv2. While this task is performed on the Portal home page, deleting announcements removes them from the Workstation home page if they appear there.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalWFMv2 Portal Home.
  2. Select the checkbox for the announcement(s) you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK.
