Comment on Discussions in the Portal

The inContact WFMv2 Portal home page provides users with quick access to information that administrators have made available.

This topic explains how to comment on discussions: items that Portal users can talk about in a forum-style manner on the inContact WFMv2 Portal home page. Discussions do not appear in the Workstation.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalWFMv2 Portal Home.
  2. Click the title of a discussion in the Thread/Thread Starter column.
  3. In the Add Reply section of the View Topic window, type a heading for your comment in the Title field.
  4. Type the body of your comment in the Message field.
  5. Click Reply.
  6. Click Back (if you decide not to post your comment, skip step 5).
