Required Permission — WFM Permissions>Home Page>Links> Edit

The inContact WFMv2 Portal home page provides users with quick access to information that administrators have made available.

This topic explains how to add links to the Portal home page.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalWFMv2 Portal Home.
  2. Click Add Link.
  3. Type a name for the link in the Link Title field.
  4. Type the link address in the Link URL field.
  5. Click Add Link.
