Team Leads in inContact WFMv2 allow you to group agents by assigning them to a specific team. They are used in scheduling.

This topic explains how to delete Team Leads in inContact WFMv2.

If settings in the Agent Configuration Table are specified at the Team Lead level, deleting a Team Lead can negatively impact scheduling. See <href needed>.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalWorkforce Team Leads.
  2. Click the Delete icon for the Team Lead you want to delete.
  3. Click OK.
