Upload Stream Data

Overview
Streams represent the data associated with different contact types, such as outbound, chat, email, and so forth. For call traffic, they are typically the same as the skills, VDNs, or gates in your ACD.
This topic explains how to upload Stream data to inContact WFMv2.

Before You Begin
Data can be uploaded from a comma-separated values (.csv) or Excel spreadsheet (.xls, .xlsx) file. The following data values can be included:
- Stream name (required)
- Date/time (required in this format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm)
- NCO
- NCH
- AHT
- SL
- Abandoned
- ASA
- Dials
- Connect
- Connect AHT
- RP Connect
- RP Connect AHT
- Click WFOWFMv2 PortalOperationsUpload Stream Data.
- Click Browse, then navigate to and open the file you prepared earlier.
- For Interval, select Interval or Daily from the drop-down list.
Do not select Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly as larger bucket size may produce inaccurate results.
- Optional: If you are uploading from an Excel file with multiple worksheets, select the worksheet you want from the Select Worksheet drop-down list.
- Optional: Select the First Line Has Column Names checkbox if this applies to your source file.
- Click Upload.
- Optional: Click Show Preview to see how inContact WFMv2 is parsing your data file.
- Click Save.
