Edit Organizational Units

Required Permission — WFM Permissions>Contact Centers>Organizational Units>Edit

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Organizational Units.
  2. If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list to select the correct Environment.
  3. Click the Edit icon for the Organization Unit you want to edit.
  4. Revise the values as needed. All fields and settings are editable.
  5. Click the checkmark to save your changes or, if you decide no changes are needed, click the X to cancel.
