Overview
Organizational Units in inContact WFMv2 are primarily used to represent the different physical locations where your agents work.
This topic explains how to edit Organizational Units in inContact WFMv2.

- Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Organizational Units.
- If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list to select the correct Environment.
- Click the Edit icon for the Organization Unit you want to edit.
- Revise the values as needed. All fields and settings are editable.
- Click the checkmark to save your changes or, if you decide no changes are needed, click the X to cancel.
