Organizational Units in inContact WFMv2 are primarily used to represent the different physical locations where your agents work.

This topic explains how to delete Organizational Units in inContact WFMv2.

Organizational Units may be associated with other inContact WFMv2 entities, such as Streams. These associations should be changed to a different Organizational Unit prior to performing this task.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Organizational Units.
  2. If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list to select the correct Environment.
  3. Click the Delete icon for the Organizational Unit you want to delete.
  4. Click OK.
