inContact WFMv2 Administration > Organizational Settings > Environments > Delete Environments

Delete Environments

Required Permission — WFM Permissions>Contact Centers>Environments>Edit

Deleting an Environment causes all the data links to this environment to be lost. Do not perform this task without consulting inContact Support.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Environments.
  2. Click the Delete icon for the Environment you want to delete.
  3. Click OK.
