Edit Contact Groups

Contact Groups are defined as a group of Streams. However, while Streams represent the data associated with different contact types, Contact Groups represent the agents associated with those contact types.

This topic explains how to edit Contact Groups in inContact WFMv2.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Contact Groups.
  2. If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list to select an Environment.
  3. Click the Edit icon for a Contact Group.
  4. Revise the values as needed. All fields and settings are editable.
  5. Click the checkmark to save your changes or, if you decide no changes are needed, click the X to cancel.
