Delete Contact Groups

Required Permission — WFM Permissions>Contact Center>Contact Groups>Edit

Contact Groups are defined as a group of Streams. However, while Streams represent the data associated with different contact types, Contact Groups represent the agents associated with those contact types.

This topic explains how to delete Contact Groups in inContact WFMv2.

  1. Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Contact Groups.
  2. If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list to select an Environment.
  3. Click the Delete icon for the Contact Group you want to delete.
  4. Click OK.
