Delete inContact WFMv2 Business Units

Overview
Business Units in inContact WFMv2 allow you to group Organizational Units together for reporting purposes. They can belong to only one Environment. Since Business Units are strictly used in reports, most organizations have more than one.
This topic explains how to delete Business Units in inContact WFMv2.

Business Units in inContact WFMv2 are completely unrelated to your Central Business Units.
Business Units may be associated with Organizational Units. These associations should be changed to a different Business Unit prior to performing this task.
- Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact Centers Business Units.
- If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list to select the correct Environment.
- Click the Delete icon for the Business Unit you want to delete.
- Click OK.
