Add inContact WFMv2 Business Units

Overview
Business Units in inContact WFMv2 allow you to group Organizational Units together for reporting purposes. They can belong to only one Environment. Since Business Units are strictly used in reports, most organizations have more than one.

Business Units in inContact WFMv2 are completely unrelated to your Central Business Units.
- Click WFOWFMv2 PortalContact CentersBusiness Units.
- If you only have one Environment, skip to the next step. Otherwise, use the Environment drop-down list in the Add New Business Unit section to select an Environment.
- Type a value in the Enter Name field. This field is required.
- Type a value in the Enter Description field. This field is required.
- Click Add New Business Unit.
