View Completed Evaluations for a Recording

Required PermissionWFO>Call Recording>Call Records>Agent (or Supervisor) View and Reports>Workforce Optimization>Quality Management>QA Reports>Agent (or Supervisor) View

  1. Click WFO Call RecordingRecorded Interactions.
  2. Locate the recording, right-click, and select View Completed Evaluations from the pop-up menu.
  3. Double-click the evaluation you want to view.
