Complete In-Progress Evaluations

Required Permissions — WFO>Quality Management>QA Evaluations>Perform, WFO>Quality Management>Perform Self Evaluations>Allow, or both

This topic explains how you can return to evaluations that you left "in-progress" and change, complete, or delete them.

  1. Click WFO Quality Management Quality AssuranceSearch QA Evaluations.
  2. Configure search criteria to locate the evaluation and click Search.
  3. Double-click the evaluation to open it.
  4. Click Edit this QA.
  5. Make any changes or updates.
  6. Click Save as Draft if you need to leave the evaluation in-progress or, if you have completed the QA form, click Submit Q.A. Review.
