Overview
You can add or remove a user from groups in your inContact WFO environment at any time. You can do this through the user's Groups tab. This is the easiest way to assign a user to multiple groups at the same time. If you want to assign multiple users to one group at the same time, it is easiest to assign the users to the group using the Users tab in the group profile.

Columns
The columns are the same in the Assigned Groups and the Add Groups tables.
- ID
- The unique, system-generated ID assigned to the group at creation time.
- Name
- The name assigned to the group at creation time or on modification.
Buttons
Assigned Groups
- Remove Groups
- Removes the selected users from the Assigned Groups table and returns them to the Add Groups table.
- Remove All
- Removes all users from assignment to the group and returns them to the Add Groups table.
Add Groups
- Add Group
- Assigns the selected users to the group, removing them from the Add Groups table and placing them in the Assigned Groups table.
- Add All
- Adds all users to the group, removing them from the Add Groups table and placing them in the Assigned Groups table.
