Edit QA Evaluation Forms

Required Permissions — WFO>Quality Management>QA Forms>Edit

1. Follow the procedure to View QA Evaluation Forms.
2. Click Alter Scored Form to access the sections, questions and responses.
3. Edit the form as needed.
4. Click Save.
5. Type a new Form Name when prompted.
6. Click Save.
