Acknowledge QA Evaluations

If your organization uses the inContact WFO QA review process, agents can review, question, or acknowledge evaluations after they have been submitted.

This topic explains how to acknowledge an evaluation.

  1. Click WFO HomeAssignment InboxNew Assignments.
  2. Click the evaluation you want to acknowledge in order to open it.
  3. Review the evaluation and Add a Comment if desired.
  4. Click Acknowledge.
