View Completed or In-Progress Evaluations

View an Evaluation from the Evaluations List

  1. Click WFOQuality Management Quality AssuranceSearch QA Evaluations.
  2. Configure the search criteria and click Search.
  3. Double-click the evaluation to view it.

View an Evaluation from the Recorded Interactions List

Images in this topic are taken from the Recorded Interactions list with Web Player. If you are using the Recorded Interactions list with HTML5 Interaction Player, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. Click WFO Call Recording Recorded Interactions.
  2. Right-click the call record and select View Completed Evaluations to open a new window containing the Search QA Evaluations page, with evaluations for the selected call listed at the bottom of the window.
  3. Double-click any evaluation to view it.
