If your organization uses the inContact WFO QA review process, agents can review, question, and acknowledge evaluations after they have been submitted.

This explains how to view the acknowledgment status for a list of evaluations.

  1. Click WFO Quality Management Quality Assurance Search QA Acknowledgments.
  2. Select any applicable criteria.
  3. Click Search.
