Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.
Overview
This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over .

Tours
Enables users to:
- View — View the existing tour groups in the Manage Tour Groups page and to see the Tour Groups Tour Groups link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify and delete existing tour groups and create new ones.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Shifts
Enables users to:
- View — View the existing shift templates in the Manage Shift Templates page and to see the Tour Groups Shift Templates link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
