Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.
Overview
This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over .

Application Settings
Enables users to:
- View — View the application settings and to see the System New Schedule Run link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify the application settings.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Fiscal Calendar
Enables users to:
- View — View the fiscal calendar settings and to see the System Fiscal Calendar link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify the fiscal calendar settings.
