Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.
Overview
This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over the Operating Hours module.

Stream Operating Hours
Enables users to:
- View — View the operating hours on the Manage Stream Operating Hours page and to see the Operating Hours Stream link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify the stream operating hours.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Organizational Unit Operating Hours
Enables users to:
- View — View the operating hours on the Manage Organizational Unit Operating Hours page and to see the Operating Hours Organizational Unit link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify the organizational unit operating hours.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:
