This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over t.

Forecast Runs
Enables users to:
- Create — Create new forecast runs from the New Forecast Run and Manage Forecast Runs pages and to see the Forecaster New Forecast Run and Manage Forecast Runs links in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- List Others — View forecast runs created by other users in the list on the Manage Forecast Runs page.
- View Others — View details of forecast runs created by other users.
- Edit Others — Modify forecast runs created by other users.
- Delete Others — Delete forecast runs created by other users.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Forecast Profiles
