Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.
This tab is only available when your environment is inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over .

Metric Configuration
Enables users to:
- View — See the parameters configured in the Configured Metrics page and see the Metric Configuration link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.
- Edit — Modify and delete parameters configured in the Configured Metrics page and create new parameters.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Report Configuration
Enables users to edit the configuration of reports and preview the resulting report templates from the Report Configuration page and to see the Report Configuration link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.

Dashboard Configuration

Messaging Configuration
