连接要求向导

该向导包含以下步骤：

  1. 了解您的组织使用的 CXone Mpower 应用程序所需的端口。
  2. 了解 CXone Mpower 系统所在群集所需的 FQDN 和 IP 地址。
  3. 了解语音实施所需的 FQDN 和 IP 地址。

  • 2026年1月13日：移除了三个未使用的ScreenAgent FQDN：
