Create Default Filters

The
This topic explains how to set a saved filter as your default filter so that the Recorded Interactions list opens with that filter in place.

- Click WFO Call Recording Recorded InteractionsMy Filters.
- Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
- Click Default next to the filter you want to be your default.
