Create File Retention Actions

In Hosted deployments, file retention actions determine how long recordings are stored in the cloud. This topic explains how to create file retention actions.

File retention actions have no effect until they are associated with a recording schedule.

  1. Click WFOTools & SettingsCore FunctionsSystem SettingsFile Retention Actions.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Configure the settings for the file retention action.
  4. Click Save.
