Customize the Web Player

The Web Player is launched from the Recorded Interactions page and is used to play inContact WFO audio recordings, screen recordings, or both.

This topic explains how to customize the operation of the Web Player.

For more information, see Recording Playback Overview.

  1. Click WFOCall Recording Recorded Interactions.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under Web Player Settings, select or clear the applicable checkbox(es) and then click Save.
