Ondata

Ontvangt gegevens rechtstreeks van een ingediend aangepast formulier dat is gebouwd met de actie Runapp of Indicate.

Dependencies

  • Ondata is een event action.
  • Wanneer de agent op Verzenden klikt, wordt de Ondata-gebeurtenis van het script getriggerd.
  • Er kan slechts één Ondata-gebeurtenis in een script aanwezig zijn.
  • Als er een Unlink action aanwezig is na de Ondata-gebeurtenis, worden de agent en de beller losgekoppeld en wordt er een enquête voor de beller gegenereerd.
  • Wanneer een agent in een aangepast formulier gegevens invoert en op Submit klikt, wordt een variabele gemaakt op basis van de HTML-tag van de verzendknop in het formulier en krijgt deze variabele de waarde die door een agent is ingevoerd.
