Hangup

終止一個電話指令碼中的活躍語音呼叫。如果在與客服專員的互動中執行，會掛斷聯絡。

Dependencies

掛斷電話會終止電話指令碼和所有相關的電話呼叫。
若呼出通話未接通，請使用 END action；任何已接通的呼出通話必須使用 Hangup。
如果執行了 Hangup 動作，並且存在 Onrelease event action，則 CXone 將掛斷呼叫者的電話，指令碼將跳轉到 OnRelease 動作。

以下動作有類似的功能，但有一些關鍵區別：

Discard Discard：終止一個電郵指令碼。
End End：終止一個電話、語音郵件、SMS 或數位指令碼。不終止數位聯絡，但終止其他媒體類型的指令碼中的聯絡。
End a Contact End a Contact：終止活躍聯絡。不終止當前指令碼。
EndText EndText：終止一個不包括 Regagent 動作的 SMS 工作流程（僅針對數位任何與Digital First Omnichannel相關的通道、聯絡或技能。通道）。
EndWi EndWi：終止帶有原因代碼的工作項目。不終止當前指令碼。
Exit Exit：終止聊天工作階段並斷開聊天聯絡人的連線。
Hangup Hangup：終止電話指令碼。
ReturnReturn：終止子指令碼，並將控制權返回給原指令碼。

不要使用 Stop動作 action來終止指令碼。它不會終止指令碼，而是讓聯絡人繼續運行。這對CXone伺服器有不利影響。
