Copy Recording Links

The Recorded Interactions page provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO. You can provide an individual recording link to another user so they can easily access the recording directly if they have the appropriate rights and permissions.

This topic explains how to copy the recording link for specific interaction from the Recorded Interactions page.

Images in this topic are taken from the Recorded Interactions list with Web Player. If you are using the Recorded Interactions list with HTML5 Interaction Player, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. Click WFO Call RecordingRecorded Interactions.
  2. Locate the recording, right-click, and select Copy Call Link from the pop-up menu.
  3. Follow the instructions in the dialog box and then click OK.
  4. Click OK.
