Respond to Questioned QA Evaluations

Required PermissionsWFO>Quality Management>QA Evaluations>Perform, WFO>Call Recording>Call Records>Supervisor View, Reports>Quality Management>QA Reports>Supervisor View, plus Group permissions for the associated agent and form

Respond to a Questioned Evaluation from an Email

  1. Click the link in the email you received from inContact WFO.
  2. Optional: Log in to inContact WFO if necessary.
  3. Click Edit this QA.
  4. Add a Comment to respond to the agent's question(s).
  5. Click Submit QA Review.

Respond to a Questioned Evaluation from inContact WFO

  1. Click WFO Quality Management Quality Assurance Search QA Evaluations.
  2. Select the necessary criteria to find your questioned evaluations, then click Search.
  3. Click a questioned evaluation to open it.
  4. Click Edit this QA.
  5. Add a Comment to respond to the agent's question(s).
  6. Click Submit QA Review.
