Use My Filters

The Recorded Interactions page provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO. You can filter the list of recordings to display only selected interactions.

This topic explains how to use saved filters (also referred to as My Filters).

Images in this topic are taken from the Recorded Interactions list with Web Player. If you are using the Recorded Interactions list with HTML5 Interaction Player, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. Click WFOCall Recording Recorded Interactions My Filters.
  2. Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
  3. Click Apply next to a filter to display the list using that filter.
