Filter the Recorded Interactions List

The Recorded Interactions page provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to filter the Recorded Interactions list to display only selected recordings.

Images in this topic are taken from the Recorded Interactions list with Web Player. If you are using the Recorded Interactions list with HTML5 Interaction Player, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. Click WFO Call RecordingRecorded Interactions.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Set the criteria to filter the interactions you want to display.
  4. Click Apply.
