Delete Saved Filters

Images in this topic are taken from the Recorded Interactions list with Web Player. If you are using the Recorded Interactions list with HTML5 Interaction Player, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

You must be the owner of a saved filter in order to delete it.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions ListCall List (or Recorded Interactions) My Filters.
  2. Click WFO Call RecordingRecorded Interactions My Filters.
  3. Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
  4. Click Delete next to the filter you want to delete.
