Page Details: Security Profile Administration WFM Permissions

Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.

Metric Configuration

Enables users to:

  • View — See the parameters configured in the Configured Metrics page and see the Metric Configuration link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.
  • Edit — Modify and delete parameters configured in the Configured Metrics page and create new parameters.

By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Report Configuration

Enables users to edit the configuration of reports and preview the resulting report templates from the Report Configuration page and to see the Report Configuration link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.

By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Dashboard Configuration

Enables users to edit the dashboard on the Dashboard Configuration page and to view the Dashboard Configuration link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.

Messaging Configuration

Enables users to modify the notification settings for adherence, exception, and schedule change in the Agent Notification page and view the Message Configuration link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.

Audit Reports

Enables users to run reports on the Audit Report page and see the Audit Reports link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.
