Manage CXone Allowlist
To configure your system for use with CXone, you need to add certain IP addresses to your allowlist. This will prevent your system from blocking data going to and from the CXone platform.
The IP addresses required in your allowlist depend on many different factors, such as the cluster your CXone instance is hosted on and which CXone applications you use.
The CXone platform isn't designed to interact with a traffic inspection proxy service, like Netscope or Zscaler. If you decide to use a proxy service, you must configure it to work with CXone yourself.
Follow these instructions to find the IP addresses you need to add to your allowlist.
-
Open the Connectivity Requirements page.
-
On the right side of the page, open the Ports and Protocols by Application filter list. Under Select an application, select the checkbox for each CXone application you use. Open the ports as described for each application.
-
Refresh the page.
-
On the right side of the page, open the Domain Names and IP Addresses by Cluster filter list. Under Select a cluster, select the checkbox for the cluster where your CXone instance is hosted. Make sure all FQDNs and IP addresses provided are allowed for your system.
-
If you're using Integrated Softphone, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Open the IP Voice by Phone Number filter list. Select Global Integrated Softphone. Enable the FQDNs and IP addresses for your system.
If you're using a proxy service, you also need to add these to the proxy's trusted site list.
-
If you're using CXone as your RespOrg, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Open the IP Voice by Phone Number filter list. Select the phone number that matches yours. Enable the FQDNs and IP addresses for your system.
Remember to return to the Connectivity Requirements page when changes to your CXone configuration may require a change to your allowlist. For example, if you add or remove applications.
