FQDNs and IP Addresses by Cluster

This page lists the FQDNs and their associated IP address blocks that CXone requires. The FQDNs and IP addresses you need to open or allow depend on the cluster where your CXone system is located. To discover the information for your organization: 

  • Select your cluster name in the checklist on the right side of the page.
  • Copy the information that appears at the bottom of this page.
  • If you don't know your cluster name, contact your CXone Account Representative.
