This page lists the FQDNs and IP addresses that CXone requires if you use Integrated Softphone or if CXone if the RespOrgClosed The organization that's responsible for maintaining the registration of toll-free phone numbers. for your toll-free phone numbers. The IP addresses you need to open or allow depend on which of these voice options your call center uses, if any. If your organization uses any of these options:

  • Select Global Integrated Softphone if you use Integrated Softphone.
  • Select the phone number option that matches the phone number for which CXone is the RespOrg.
